This policy explains how Field Graduate Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use desktop-fieldcore.click.
Data controller
We act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and our consultation inquiries.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, optional topic, and message text.
- Consent preference: a value stored in your browser’s local storage under the key
fgp-cookie-consent(accepted or rejected). This records your cookie banner choice only. - Technical logs: if our hosting provider processes server logs, those may include IP address and request metadata. We do not use those logs for advertising profiles.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site.

Where data goes
Inquiries are submitted via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. The handler stores messages securely for staff to reply by email or phone. We do not sell inquiry data.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete earlier where permissible.
Consent preference remains in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice via the cookie controls.
Your rights

We will verify requests and respond within statutory timelines.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use infrastructure outside Thailand, we apply appropriate safeguards as required by law.
Changes

You may contact the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand if you believe your rights have been infringed.
