Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid financial planning consultations arranged with Field Graduate Planning Co., Ltd. after fees have been agreed in writing.

The timeframes below are proposed standard terms pending business confirmation.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to consultation fees you have paid in advance when cancellation conditions below are met. Third-party costs (travel you incur, bank charges) are not refundable by us.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of prepaid fees, or free rescheduling once.
• Within 48 hours: up to 50% of the prepaid fee may be retained to cover reserved time unless we reallocate the slot.
• No-show without notice: prepaid fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by us

If we cancel, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra charge.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is available when requested at least 24 hours ahead. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee if stated in your engagement letter.

Work already started

If planning work has begun (delivered written analysis or live session completed), fees for completed portions are non-refundable; any unused prepaid balance may be refunded proportionally.

Deposits

Deposits holding a calendar slot are non-refundable inside the 48-hour window above.

How to request a refund

Email info@desktop-fieldcore.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. We respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
